Partial Transformations is a Red Team and security consulting firm that utilizes cutting edge tactics supported by advanced data science techniques to perform penetration testing and reverse engineering of complex systems. Our Process

Complementary kick off: Max 2 weeks at the start of the engagement. We use this time to learn as much as we can about your existing products, platforms, and environment. We utilize a rules of engagement approach to define boundaries and goals. We end this phase with a report on current state and recommend next steps. This step is essentially a free report with no pressure to proceed.
Inspection phase: Typically 4-6 weeks depending on scope. We use this time to perform deep inspection and penetration testing of any in-scope software or systems. We work as closely as needed with your teams by regularly reporting on outcomes. Dedicating one-on-one time to understand the reports and design thoughtful improvements.
Continued support: Operated in 2 week sprints, We can perform testing alongside active development and report directly to project teams in-situ. This is often the most cost effective for our clients after we have established the initial relationship.
